I over 2000 pictures and videos on my IPhone. I wanted to back them up to my brand new laptop running Windows 10. When I plug my IPhone into the laptop only 13 photos are available for download from the photo gallery app!!! What is going on?  I'd like to back up all the pictures and videos on this phone. Please help. Is there a way to open it as a connected device and copy pictures etc. Why doesn't my phone show up in the computer windows explorer as a connected device. Please help!!!
