I installed Windows Essentials and now Windows Live Mail won't send/receive. I'm running on Windows 7. I can see the new mail when I go to outlook.com.

I get this error message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail account.

Server Error: 0x800488EB
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800488EB
