Original Title: Does www.windowslive.com still exist? Why can't I get there with any of my browsers?

I cannot get to www.windowslive.com using any of my browsers. I can go to skydrive.com and outlook.com ok. Also, when I try to upload a document from within an Office program, it won't upload. (I am trying to follow the instructions in a Microsoft Excel 2010 textbook. It is a Microsoft Office Specialist approved courseware textbook.) What should I do?
