When I put in my email address and password, it took me to a screen to change my password.  I did this and requested a one-time use code to be sent to my home phone. When I received this code and entered it, it took me back to security questions. I have changed and re-entered so many new passwords, I have a headache. I have had this account (previously Hotmail, which I loved) and have used the same password for YEARS! Now thanks to Outlook, which I hate, I can't get my email at all. I need to get an email which has a code for accessing one of my financial accounts. I need help ASAP. I HATE OUTLOOK!!!!
