Hi,

Recently my email format changed ... I have hotmail ... When I go to forward emails I go  to the prompt where it says CC or BCC.  Well, I can only send it cc to my dismay.  How do I rectify that and if I can't how do I restore the old format.  Driving me nuts.  Shirley
