for several weeks each time I try to access my Hotmail acct I get an OOPs message that Int Expl can't find "sn141w.snt.141.mail.live.com" which is not what I'm trying to find.  I have read in the update info that I don't have to change my address, but I can't figure out how to get there now??? so frustrating HELP
