Anyway, I've downloaded it but there is no  icon on my desktop or in the start menu. I.e. I'm not sure how to get it started. Id get to a login page but when I enter the info it goes to the Create Account page. If I enter my info it says it is already in use. I'm in an endless loop, no way to get in. What do I do?
