Hi, 

I had Windows movie maker on my laptop and it used to work fine. The other day, I tried to open it and it just kept crashing when I tried to import videos. 

First I thought maybe I was trying to import too many at once- so I tried 1 at time. Still kept crashing. 

Then I uninstalled it and for some reason, I can't install it again. It says on microsoft.com I have to download the "Windows Essential Package" which includes Movie Maker. So, I did this and it still hasn't downloaded!

What can I do?
