It all began with me downloading Windows 10. The operative system did not work well at all, for example my Windows Live Movie Maker was out of date. I searched for help on this forum and then tried to download Windows Essentials 2012 to get the updated version of Movie Maker. I couldn't download it, and then subsequently i uninstalled Windows 10 to go back to Windows 7 ( for many reasons other than this one). 

When i was back with Windows 7 i found out that all my Windows programs had been uninstalled, most likely because of my attempt to download Windows Essentials 2012. I kept trying to download Windows Essentials 2012, but it keeps saying that a program on my computer is making it impossible for me to download Windows Essentials 2012. Is that program Windows 10? How do i, in my current situation, become able to download Windows Essentials 2012?
