I used Photo Gallery extensively in W7, so when I replaced my computer with a w10 model, I was looking forward to continue using it. However, it wouldn't download, so I gave up. Then recently an article in "computer active" stated that it could be used in w10, so I proceeded to try again. I selected windows essentials and selected photo gallery only. After a few minutes I received the message that some other programme was preventing it from downloading. One of the reasons I was given was to check the system requirements, which said that it was for w7, w8, and w8.1, no mention of w10. Yet people on here have managed it using w10, any idea what the problem is?  

P.S I also have the error code 0x80070643 which states I must switch windows firewall on. However, I cannot do this because my firewall is being handled by McAfee via BT. So would this be a problem?
