I've been trying to download Essentials (for photo editing). Every time, it says it's unable to connect to the internet (even though I'm connected). So I go through all of the trouble shooting (changing LAN settings, etc), and still nothing. I see in my "downloads" that's tried to download but it just gets stuck again saying it can't connect.  Insanely frustrated here...help!!!
