Can someone please help?

I'm sure if this would come under the category of security and permissions or not but the problem is I’m having problems with my other email accounts and I believe it may because of my outlook.com email account forwarding settings.

I’ve tried to find a solution to correcting the current settings with no success and even tried eliminating the outlook.com account but can’t seem to find one.

At this point I would prefer to just remove/delete this account and move on but it seems that Micro Soft is a one way street and I haven't been able to remove it.

Can this be accomplished or not?
