I have a Surface RT with 8.1.  Every time I try to delete a file through the Skydrive app I get a message in the upper right had corner of the screen saying "Recycling".  And that all it does.  It doesn't delete the file and it just hangs there saying recycling.  I have to open IE, go to skydrive.com and delete the file that way.  No issues deleting through IE.  I even made sure the recycle bin is empty but I still can't delete through the app.  Why?
