Hello,

This was the message I got from the Escalation agent after 

a) Posting here (you guys closed the thread)
b) Doing everything posted about how to close my account - different browsers, clearing cache etc...
c) Sent my PUID first on the forums via private message and then to the people at escalation, but still nothing done

The agent said to try deleting again, it failed. It said that if it failed to post again, so please don't be upset that I'm posting again for that topic because this was YOUR instructions.
