I can't close my account it keeps coming up with this message
- You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account.
I don't even have any paid services. I just want my account gone
Can someone help because for some reason I can't even sign in on Zune or buy anything on the marketplace
