Can’t change between linked accounts

It's as simple as I wrote.
I can't change between my linked accounts anymore and the linked accounts configurations page is not accessible anymore.
I tried different browsers and everything, the linked accounts just don't pop up anymore when I scroll over the upper right corner in my e-mail account.
Someone help please!
