Whenever I try deleting my email account, it says that first I need to cancel any paid services with Microsoft and then deactivate my hotmail account.  I have never had any paid services with Microsoft through this hotmail account.  When I follow the link provided to the billing section there is a list of products to choose from.  I do not know which product to choose since I have never had any paid services.  Therefore, I am unable to continue.  Please help.
