Microsoft account manager isn't letting me add my own e-mail address as an alias because at some point in the past I guess I had another account under that e-mail address.  I closed that account, but when I try to add that e-mail address, the system tells me that alias is already in use.  Is there a way for me to clear all that out so I can add my e-mail address as an alias?
