I simply cannot add (invite) any people to Messenger using outlook.com people.

After filling up the email box and hit next, it says that page is unavaiable.

I have tried all the steps listed on the above thread as clean browser cache and try another browsr and another OS. All came in the same conclusion: It is impossible to add anyone.

Is there already a solution for this issue?
