I have a hotmail.co.uk account that i've been using for several years which I can log into on my old laptop however ever since the enforced change to outlook I have been having problems. One is that my laptop is too old for the new outlook meaning I have to view the account on the mobile site so I cant access any settings to change the password or anything. The other is I can't log into this account from any other machine despite knowing the password and account details it just tells me they are wrong when i try from a different computer.
