When I try to login to my outlook alumni e-mail account it says that I am currently signed into an Office 365 e-mail account and that I must sign out of the Office 365 e-mail account then use another microsoft account to sign into outlook.com.  I have never had an office 365 account and don't have any way to get into my outlook account.
