I cant access my email address. When I click the link to 'can't access your account?' It says I have reached the limit of number of attempts to recover my password. I have been told this only last 24 hours but when I tried again a few days later it still said the same thing despite having deleted cookies and cache. I have tried filling out a questionnaire and a validation form in the hope to recover my email address however when Microsoft said they would be back in touch with me in the next 24 hours with a response (for both of these) I did not receive anything. I know I am putting the correct password in for my account up until one day it said it was incorrect. I can only see answers to these type of questions which involve resetting my password and that is something that I am unable to do. I also cannot recover password from an old email address either due to not being able to remember that account's password. Please help.
