I keep getting this message since the 3/08/2013 every time I try to access my main hotmail email....I can't verify because the email it uses to send a verification code is dead (hasn't been used in years) and the one Im writing this message from is another recently created one for work related stuff. It told me to fill out a questionaire and rejected me like twice because needed extra details such as folders, names of messages sent recently when there werent any. The whole process was so dubious it felt like a fake website or something to me let alone this account I have been using so long is suddenly blocked access from me in the first place. Luckily I filled out enough to get it submitted on time, but I havent heard a response back I really need help as I've exhausted all my options!
