I forgot my password to my email account I seldom use, but now I wanted to use it this past Monday.
So I did the questionaire to reset my password----and was supposed to receive help within 24 hours. Nothing fixed.
I WAS able to send emails from this account-- but as of Wednesday I now cant send any emails anymore---only receive error messages, when trying to send any email now
Thursday at noon I spoke with a Live agent- who helped me do the Account Recovery Process and was told I would get email help and resolution to my problems within 24 hours.....AGAIN NOTHING,,,Still Waiting
Over the past 4 days Ive gotten 3 emails into this account from Outlook.com Team asking me to sign in and validate this account----But how can I do this when I dont know my Password!
I spoke with another Live Agent today (Sunday) AND called Microsoft Hotline today (sunday) ---and they told me to come here.
1 week later, All this HASSLE, My TIME WASTED, and WAITING over a Password Reset!!!!----very poor customer service, and not user friendly at all. And having to contact ppl 4 seperate times.
Can a technician who can actually FIX THIS plz contact me. I dont know if the account is frozen or whats going on.
