I've looked around the website and saw that this has been an issue back in Jan/Feb. As of Feb 7, 2013, it should have been resolved; however, today, I wanted to add another email but I couldn't reach the manage domains site. i just keep returning to domains.live.com. I tried clearing the cache and deleting cookies and using different browsers but to now avail.
