After restoring my laptop to original factory condition I am no longer able to access my windows live email. I use the windows live desk top application to access my mail and I use it to receive mail only, I rarely send email.  I lost all passwords as well as answers to security questions. I am unable to reset the password using the directions on the login screen because I don't have enough information regarding recent activity to fill in enough data for the online submission to be accepted. I've called Microsoft and they suggested I post my issue here. Can anyone help?  Thanks
