I've been having issues getting into my email account from my computer since switching over to Outlook.  I can get on from cell phone (finally), but not from my computer.  I forgot to update my email address when my "alternate email" company changed over from Verizon to Frontier, so I cannot get in to update that information.

I can reset the password on the computer, but once I'm logged in, it wants to send a "validation" email to a non-existent email address that I can't update after resetting the password (that by the way after going thru pages of filling out all kinds of information they sent a link to another email address, but didn't update the old email address, just sent me a password update link, which I used, but again, once I log in, it takes me directly to the "Account" menu NOT MY FREAKING email!  It also tells me:

We have a waiting period for the updates to take effect. On 10/31/2013, we'll delete your old security info:

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Once this is deleted, you'll be able to verify your account with info you have access to. If you didn't make the updates, or if you still have access to the above info, cancel the updates.  Then there's a "submit" button.  I CAN'T get to my email!

I'm a paid hotmail subscriber, so getting this fixed should not be so cumbersome.  What do I need to do?  I've had this email address every since I got my first computer and do not want to have to change it now.  Is there someone to contact by phone to resolve this problem since I'm a paid subscriber?
