I didn't check my hotmail account very often so I missed the notification that my account was changing to an outlook account.  When trying to access after the change, I was asked for a password to the account.  I have not used a password to access my hotmail account for about 3 years.  I have no idea what that password is so I can't even move some very dear emails to a folder.  What can I do?
