Dear All,

I used to login to my hotmail account everyday, so there is no chance to forget my password. But from yesterday it's showing wrong password. More surprise thing is when trying to reset password with alternate mail account option it's showing some different ID, i.e. sm****@yahoo.com, but I given my gmail ID earlier. And when trying with security question it's not taking the answer. Please help, this is my primary account.

When I logged a call with Microsoft support team, they have sent a link to see the response on my request, but it is again asking to login to my account. When I logged call for not able to access my account, how can they reply me to login to view the response from their team.
