My account has been locked HELP!!!! The page says someone tried to access it but really what happened is I changed my password from a friends computer and now I am locked out. I tried to reset the password, after I did it says it needs to verify who I am, I have filled out 4 of these forms verifying my account each time I get an email back that it wasn't enough information. GRRRRRRRRR so frustrated I am waiting on very important emails and cant access them and there is no way to get a hold of anyone on this site to help me gain access to my own account. Ridiculous, any suggestions on what to do if I just open another account I lose all of the info I have stored on that email most of it is very important. HELP!!!
