Can’t access email acct.

I have an MSN email acct. through my community college (@student.rcc.edu).  Last accessed a couple of weeks ago.  I now am getting a blank page after logging in.  Goes to an address  https://pod51044.outlook.com/owa/?hm=1&f=255&MSPPError=-2147205086
