I haven't been able to access my email account.  This is very frustrating.  I have very important emails to answer for work.  There is no phone number to be able to contact anyone live.  I have tried different servers and no luck.  I have even tried to access via my cell...no luck.  When will this issue be resolved?  Should I start a new email from somewhere else other than microsoft and let my contacts know?  I have had this email address for many years, and have depended on it until now.  I am not happy about this.
