I want to know why the geniuses at Microsoft saw fit to delete all my contacts when they updated to outlook? I have lost ALL my contacts both personal and business. All the fixes that they suggest dont work. Hey MSN get off your butts and fix this. And dont try to sell me some premium service. I just want my contacts back. How do I fix it and give us the real fix not some BS fix that you know darn well doesnt work.
