I have no idea why i cannot access my account. I have had it for many years and have never changes the password. Really doesnt matter at this point. I have tried atleast seven different times to reset and verify ownership of my account and the only response that I get back is to fill out a new form and resubmit and that the current case number has been closed. I am beyond frustrated. I answer every question with the maximum number of responses allowed and still end up with the same response. It has been 7 days of working on this for hours every day. Trying to reach a real person at any microsoft support number has been a joke, because when i do get thru they tell me they have no phone support for email account issues. Please help. Thank you
