Can someone please help with this glitch that I have come across just two days ago; I am unable to synch WLM  with Outlook Mail and keep getting the following error message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the xxxx mail account. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. Could not select 'Inbox' on the IMAP server. Try updating the folder list and then try again.

Server Response: User is authenticated but not connected.
Server: 'outlook.office365.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCCD3
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 993
Secure(SSL): Yes

and : the message includes the same errors for the Deleted, Sent, Drafts and Junk folders.

All was working fine until two days ago.
