It happened since hotmail was upgrading to outlook. Whenever I tried to sync mails to my phone, a message pops up saying "cannot connect to server" , and none of the new emails can be downloaded to my phone. In additional to that, all the recent emails are gone and left withi the emails from 2012 on the phone. Now that I see outlook is functioning normally on its status report, but my phone is still having the same issue. I tried to delete my account on phone And add it again, new emails can download but when I click into it, it says "the message content cannot be downloaded fr server" please help
