I am getting this message when I sign into my account.  I have gotten no help on the phone.  I need to access my account for work.  How do I get into my email?  I really need somebody to actually help. I am very frustrated. I have been transferred multiple times on the phone and put on hold for hours. Is there a number I can call in which somebody can actually help me? Or if you can just answer me on here that would be great too. 
It says this every time I sign in: You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account).
