Was told when I tried to log in from my work laptop that I had "entered incorrect password too many times."  I went through the drill of entering their stupid letters and was constantly told that they were entered incorrectly....   I finally managed to get to a page to change my password, but now whenever I sign in, I get a page that says that my security info is being changed and that it will take 30 days!!  Then I get thrown back to the sign up page and it starts all over again.  I am not very happy and there doesn't seem to be any direct help location from Microsoft.  Any suggestions other than changing my e-mail service all together?
