Hi

I created an alias for my email address and now I can no longer sign in to my account to view mail. when I attempt to login the following message appears "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now". Also any emails sent to either my original address or the new address get "undeliverable" replies.

How can I fix this issue?
