I set my xbox to where i wouldnt have to sign in every time i used it but recently, something happened to where now when i sign in i have to use my email and password. The only problem with that is the problem with my account not being able to sign in because of spamming. I have tried resetting my password but I do not recognize the email under the email option to recieve my password. I clicked on the I can't access any of these options button and it told me to fill in as much information as i could and microsoft would contact me within 24 hours. I did this several times and not once did i get a reply.
