Original Title: Getting constant error messages when trying to get into my OUtlook account how can I get back in

In recent days on a number of occasions I have been unable to access my hotmail/outlook account getting "sorry there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now".  Today I have been unable to do so for the last 8 hours.  What do I do to get it back?
