ORIGINAL TITLE: Unable to access hotmail.

When I attempted to sigh-in to my hotmail account today I got a pop-up stating my ID has not been allocated. When I signed in using facebook I was advised that there was a problem. Now when I attempt to sign in it tells me my ID or password are incorrect. does anyone know what is going on?
