Dear All,
I have multiple Outlook and Hotmail accounts and all of them, except one Outlook account, have no problems setting up on the Mail app in Windows 8. I am unable to set up just this one very important Outlook account in my Mail app. It every single time says "We couldn't find settings for *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Please provide us with more info and we'll try connecting again".
I am able to access this account perfectly well through the browser, but for some reason it simply will not set up through the Mail app. I couldn't detect any problem for it to do so. I even tried uninstalling and re-installing the Mail app, but to no effect. The issue seems to be confirmedly on Microsoft's side.
I seek help on this issue. Thank you very much.
