Help,

I get a error message when trying to send or receive email from my Hotmail account using windows live mail 2012. It used to work and started to act up and I would shut computer and restart and issue would go away. Now issue is constant. I tried to repair windows live went to message board and did as directed in other posts with no change.  I get error

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail () account.

Server Error: 0x80048820
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048820

Is there manual setting that I can use for Hotmail that would correct issue. I can access my Hotmail account through the web browser but like to keep my emails on  my pc.

Has any one had the same problem?
