Please help me. I run windows 7. At midnight my send and receive emails from my Hotmail account stopped working. I cannot find the same error code anywhere.

Hotmail is my default. I also have two other accounts and they work fine. When I click to "update all" My  Hotmail account shows  this below....I have two other accounts and they are working fine. Please tell me what to do to  fix this. I am computer challenged so you have to explain it well.
