I have two computers, each with four accounts on my live mail.  The account set ups are identical on each.

One computer with four works fine.  The second, a laptop, is in the same location, with the same ISP.

The second worked fine until two weeks ago.  At that time, three of the four accounts stopped sending or receiving.  I get this message:

'Your pop3 server has not responded in 60 seconds'

The reply is:

Unable to send or receive messages for the ******** account. A time-out occurred while communicating with the server.

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC19
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No

The fourth account works fine on this computer/windows live.

Repairing did not help.

Any help would be appreciated.
