I am having same issue!  My emails quit coming in Oct 16th 2013. I have tried to send test emails out from the account and it doesn't work.  I have tried to send test emails to my account and get delayed error messages but they never go through.  I have reset my passwords, checked junk mail and all other settings and can't figure it out.
