Nothin’ urgent, but curious if anyone knows what’s going on with this:
In the past I could send group e-mails from Outlook (for Mac) with no problem. Over the past year or so this feature seems to have gone away. I’ve seen various posts from others with this issue but no real solutions.
- Basically, I can send e-mails to individual folks with no problem from Outlook.
- However, if I use a group of contacts, I get this error:
- "One or more recipients are invalid" Error code -19841
- However, if I switch to the Outlook web version maintained by my University using Safari, the message (that has been saved in my Drafts folder), can be sent without any problem. Specifically, there is no message that “One or more recipients are invalid” and the message goes through without any issue.
So, it’s not really a problem since the workaround is so easy, but the bug offends my sense of computer propriety :)
Do you guys have any suggested solutions? Our University's IT Team is stumped.
