I have two active exchange emails setup in Outlook 2013, one is @hotmail.com and one is @live.com, the hotmail account can send and receive emails fine. The live accoount can only receive emails (gets stuck on processing on send/receive window), they both use the same settings... the server entered is dub-m.hotmail.com


what could this be down to?
