I have Windows 7 service pack 1 loaded and always accept Microsoft updates so I think I'm up to date.  Just recently I have been getting a problem with Windows Live Mail.  Emails arrive OK, I can read them and click on internet links OK.  However if I try to reply to an email (either 'reply' or 'reply all') OR if I try to start a new email, I get an error message saying There has been a problem with Windows Live Mail and it has to shut down. Windows Live Mail shuts down and restarts but, alas, the same problem over and over again - I can't send or reply to emails. Incidentally, something similar sometimes happens with Windows explorer (e.g. when I try to play a game from the startup panel - message saying Winows Explorer has a problem and needs to restart. Does so and same sequence again.  However I can access the games from the 'All programs' start point!  Are the problems related or not? What is wrong, please?
